Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Dr. Canale provides weekly to twice-weekly therapy. At its simplest, a psychodynamic approach is one that focusses on unconscious processes. At its broadest, psychodynamic psychotherapy can be appropriate for any individual who seeks it. People may seek acceptance of self, understanding, fulfilment, or change.
Dr. Canale chooses to sub-specialise in psychodynamic work as it is highly adaptable to what each individual patient needs. This therapy can also be particularly appropriate for working through deep-seated internal conflict and traumas.

Co-morbidities
